How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to ship an order?
Standard shipping times: 5-7 business days.

We ship domestically for our Black Bag Specialty Coffees. For our Maison de Pillars Red Bottom Private Stock™ Specialty Coffees, we ship, both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping rates and times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. If you live down the street from us in New Jersey, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping will take longer.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Maison de Pillars LLC is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

International Shipping
We provide shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Customs
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Hampton Court Press is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Hampton Court Press to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Hampton Court Press is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Hampton Court Press is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Tracking
If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).
